Biography :

Mr. Wenye (Wilson) Tan is a senior consultant from Shanghai Silicon IP Exchange (SSIPX). Mr. Tan is also a founding partner of the IP boutique firm, Anova Law Group, in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Before founding Anova Law Group in 2010, Mr. Tan was a patent attorney in the IP law firm Finnegan for 7 years. Before starting his legal career, Mr. Tan was an engineer in the computer and wireless communication network industry. Mr. Tan holds a JD from The George Washington University School of Law, an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Optical Engineering from Zhejiang University in China.
