Biography :
Martin Labrune graduated from the École des Mines de Paris in 2006, and obtained a master's degree in physics from Orsay University in 2007. He obtained his PhD in physics from the École Polytechnique (Paris) in 2011 on the topic of silicon heterojunction for photovoltaic applications. From 2011 to 2014, he was a research engineer at Plastic Logic (Cambridge, UK), a pioneer in the industrial application of organic semiconductors in flexible electronics. He joined Altis, then X-FAB, a silicon foundry in the Paris region, as a process integration engineer until 2017, when he joined UMS (United Monolithic Semiconductors), a company specialising in the design and manufacture of GaAs- and GaN-based MMICs for RF applications, as an industrialisation engineer. Finally, he joined STMicroelectronics in 2024, where he works in the cooperative R&D project team within the Europe & France Public Affairs department, based in Paris. |
