| Leonardo Govoni is responsible for the Innovation Team at AED Vantage GmbH, an engineering services company based in Germany and Spain, focusing on electronic systems development for automotive and industrial applications. He is a seasoned hardware electronics professional and began his career as a developer, designing and implementing cutting-edge electronics solutions for control, telecommunication, and data processing. Over the past 8 years, he has progressively advanced, first moving into project management, where he led multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Most recently, he took on a leadership role overseeing team resources, where he's responsible for talent development, strategic planning, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. He is passionate about driving innovation in technology while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for his team. |
