Krishna Pradeep - Soitec

Biography :

Krishna Pradeep received his PhD from Université Grenoble Alpes in 2019. During his PhD research, he worked in collaboration with STMicroelectronics and CEA-LETI to model the variability in FD-SOI transistors. He has extensive experience working in the SPICE device modelling teams at ST Microelectronics, Infineon and Semtech. Currently, he works as Product Manager for Automotive and Industrial SOI BU in Soitec, focusing on driving innovation in power-efficient engineered substrate solutions for automotive systems, and industrial applications.
