| Alex Yu is Seniorr Manager at Synopsys and leads the APAC DFx Solutions team developing DFT tools, methodology and solutions. Prior to joining Synopsys Alex worked at NVIDIA for 9 years and developed DFT tools, DFT architectures, and DFT solutions/flows. Alex has experience with DFT planning through production diagnosis and ramp.
