Biography :
Alex Yu is Seniorr Manager at Synopsys and leads the APAC DFx Solutions team developing DFT tools, methodology and solutions. Prior to joining Synopsys Alex worked at NVIDIA for 9 years and developed DFT tools, DFT architectures, and DFT solutions/flows. Alex has experience with DFT planning through production diagnosis and ramp. Alex has a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, China and a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Alex Yu是新思科技的高级经理，领导亚太地区（APAC）的DFx解决方案团队，负责开发DFT工具、方法和解决方案。在加入新思科技之前，亚历克斯在英伟达（NVIDIA）工作了9年，开发了DFT工具、DFT架构和DFT解决方案/流程。亚历克斯在从DFT规划到生产诊断和量产方面具有丰富的经验。亚历克斯拥有中国哈尔滨工业大学的电子工程学士 学位和意大利都灵理工大学的电子工程硕士学位。
