Biography :
Gordon Ao is the CEO of Innosilicon, a leading one stop shop of HPC interface IPs and memory subsystems including HBM3e, GDDR7/6X, LPDDR5X、MCR DDR5, UCIe Chiplet, PCIe5 and etc., covering 22/14/12/7/5/4nm, all the way to 3nm for all major FinFet foundries. He has led the team successfully delivering many industry 1st IPs and subsystems, such as Chiplet supporting both D2D and C2C，GDDR6/6X combo and HBM3E/2E combo subsystem, enabling over 10 Billion SOCs from various Tier One companies in the past 17 years. Prior to Innosilicon, he had over 1 decade high speed design and management experience at Micron and Notel.
