| George Wall is Group Director of Product Marketing for the Tensilica IP product line within Cadence Design Systems. He is responsible for the automotive functional safety and security requirements for Tensilica's processor IP and the Xtensa product line. Xtensa processors provide its users the ability to greatly extend the processor's capabilities such as its instruction set and interfaces, thereby allowing its users to finely tailor their processor subsystem to their own application requirements while meeting optimal power and performance targets. George brings over 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry, serving in a variety of marketing, product management, technical applications and design engineering roles. He holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Northeastern University. |
