Eran Briman - VP Marketing & Business Development - Weebit Nano
Biography :
Eran Briman has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor IP field. He held engineering and engineering management roles at DSP Group, where he led large development teams. As Chief Architect at CEVA (NASDAQ: CEVA), the leading licensor of DSP platforms and applications, Eran held overall responsibility for the research and development of next-generation DSP cores. In 2004 Eran took his first business position, relocating to Silicon Valley, serving as Product Marketing Director and specializing in wireless communication and multimedia applications. In 2008 Eran was appointed Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development for CEVA, where he helped lead the company to becoming the de-facto standard DSP vendor in numerous markets including mobile, IoT, surveillance, infrastructure and automotive. In 2016 Eran joined Corephotonics, an imaging IP start-up that pioneered the multi-aperture domain in mobile devices. Following a successful commercialization phase, with over 1B devices deploying its' technologies, the company was acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2019. Eran joined Weebit Nano as VP Marketing and Business Development in 2020. Eran Briman holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University. He holds several patents in and has authored numerous technical and business publications. |
