Andrea Battistella - Senior Director of IP modelling - Imagination Technologies Group Ltd.
Biography :
| Andrea Battistella is an Italian double-degrees (POLITECNICO of TURIN, INPG-ENSERG) Electronic Engineer. He worked in STMicroelectronics/ST-Ericsson, mainly as an R&D and product development engineer, in Rolls-Royce Civil Nuclear BU, as Head of Engineering common means, in Dolphin Design, managing the embedded SW and Virtual Prototyping activities and more recently as Senior Director of IP modelling in Imagination Technology. His main domains of competencies are Silicon System Modeling and advanced SoC/Multiprocessor HW/SW architectures. In his career, he contributed to the standardization of the System Level Modeling process in STM/ST-E and in the evangelization, standardization, monitoring and support of several (configuration, evolution, knowledge, requirements) engineering management processes in Rolls Royce. Since 2006 he collaborates with the Grenoble Engineering school (INPG-PHELMA) teaching System Level Modeling and most recently as a volunteer, he is helping small local private companies in their research of the best path to success. |
